How to hire with us

Our simple 3-step process makes it easy to hire with us.

Step 1: Request a quote

Tell us your shoot dates and studio requirements. We'll get back to you with a tailored quote for your specific booking needs and timeline.

Step 2: Create an account

Create an account with us via our Account Application form. This is a one-time setup and once completed you won’t need to sign up again.

Step 3: Confirm your hire

Once your account is verified and the invoice has been settled, your studio booking is confirmed. You can now use our space for your chosen dates.

How do I book the studio?

Simply request a quote or get in touch via our contact page and we'll be happy to discuss booking the studio.

What’s your minimum booking time?

Our minimum booking time is 2 hours.

What are your opening hours?

Our studio is open from 9am-7pm Monday to Friday, but we still accept weekend/evening bookings at +20% of the standard pricing.

Our office/kit room is open from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.

What if I want to book 6-9 hours?

If you want to book 6-9 hours, we charge £60 per hour on top of the half-day rate, until it reaches the full day rate. This is what it looks like:
6 hours = £360
7 hours = £420
8 hours = £480
9 hours = £500 (full-day rate)
