What's the actual range in real-world conditions? The system provides 350-metre (1,100ft) line-of-sight range in optimal conditions. Real-world range depends on obstacles - you'll get excellent range across open venues, studios, or outdoor locations. Walls and obstructions will reduce range, but the system typically provides reliable communication across typical production environments including large studios, event venues, and location shoots.

How does it work in loud environments? The dual-mic environmental noise cancellation is specifically designed for loud production environments. The technology actively samples and removes background noise, allowing clear communication even near stages, loudspeakers, or other loud equipment. Users can speak at normal volume and still be heard clearly - significantly more effective than standard communication systems in noisy conditions.

What's the difference between the wireless and wired headsets? Our 8 wireless headsets are either double-sided or single-ear. The director's wired headset is single-ear, allowing the director to monitor both the comms system and the natural environment simultaneously. The wired headset connects directly to the hub and has the emergency announce function.
