The transmitter mounts directly to your camera rig and accepts both SDI and HDMI inputs, whilst also providing an SDI loop output for feeding an on-camera monitor simultaneously. The receiver offers two SDI outputs plus one HDMI output, allowing you to feed multiple monitors from a single wireless receiver - perfect for providing feeds to both the director and script supervisor, or client and DIT simultaneously.

The V-mount plate on the receiver means you can power it directly from V-mount batteries for completely wireless monitor setups without mains power. In practical use, expect reliable transmission around 100-200 metres depending on obstacles and interference. What's the latency like for focus pulling? Less than 1 millisecond latency makes the Storm 1000S suitable even for critical focus pulling applications where any delay would cause issues.
